My name is Julian and I look forward to getting to know you.









Who I am and what I do

 

I have been advising companies on CRM strategy, CRM implementation and CRM adoption & training for almost 8 years - I have been self-employed since 2018.


I benefit from the valuable experience gained together with my B2B customers from the media, software, manufacturing and service industries.


My wide-ranging knowledge of various CRM technology providers, sales methodologies and process consulting allows me to offer my customers pretty much everything that is relevant to their success from a single source. And if I can't do something myself, then a nice person from my network can.


I communicate with my clients as equals, without bullshit bingo (as far as possible in the tech sector) and cultivate long-term partnerships because I am convinced that success doesn't happen overnight. I also enjoy my work and try to infect my clients with the same enthusiasm.

So what else? Apart from CRM, I love nature, my wife and our border collie Max. In winter, I go snowboarding in the Alps and otherwise I'm out and about on my mountain bike - and even then I prefer to be in the cloud - at some distance from the earth 🤙🏼

 Since Covid, everyday working life has changed a little for many IT consultants - for the better from Julian's perspective. Instead of excessive travel times and hours spent on public transport or in cabs, Julian now works with his clients 80% remotely via video conferencing and Miroboards.


To ensure that his productivity remains high in this changed working environment and his motivation doesn't drop, he needs an excellent office, a good working atmosphere and, above all, a Feelgood Manager - me.

So I get Julian out the door even when it's raining, he makes better use of his breaks and I clear his head by taking walks together. That's good for Julian, our customers and for me - so it's a win-win-woof.
